What is Univest'08?

The International Conference “The student as the axis of change in university” is proposed as a forum to exchange ideas about and study the new higher education model included in the European Convergence Process, where students are most important.

This is an innovative proposal in which teachers, students and administrative and service personnel are invited to contribute their individual ideas, thoughts and viewpoints concerning the following thematic axes:

• Student-centred instructional planning

• Learner self-regulation

• Student supervision and tuition

• Student participation in university life

• Experiences outside the classroom
